2.1 Services Provided

We provide design services, including but not limited to web design, graphic design, and branding & visual identity.

2.2 User Responsibilities

By using our website or services, you agree:

Not to misuse or abuse our services.
To provide accurate information when filling out forms or contacting us.
To respect our intellectual property rights.

2.3 Payments & Refunds

Payment for services must be completed as agreed upon: 50% before start of the project and 50% before final delivery.
Refunds are only available under specific conditions, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Failure to complete payment may result in service termination.

2.3.1 Payment & Project Terms

An upfront deposit is required before work is started. (As stated above)
Final files are delivered after the full amount is paid.
All clients are entitled to atleast (3) free revisions.
Extra revisions or scope changes may result in additional costs.
Cancellations & refunds are handled case-by-case.
In case adjustments after project completion and full handover are needed, an hourly rate will be charged for the amount of time spent doing said adjustment.

2.4 Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and other creative works remain our property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

2.5 Use of Work in Portfolio & Marketing

Upon completion of a project, Bridion may showcase the final work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials. Clients will be provided with a feedback form where they can indicate whether they approve or opt out of having their project displayed. If no response is given within 14 days of receiving the form, Bridion reserves the right to showcase the work by default. Clients may request removal of their project from our portfolio at any time, and such requests will be evaluated individually.

2.6 Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages, losses, or errors resulting from the use of our website or services.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a user engages in misconduct, violates our policies, or requests unethical work.
